Before downloading, copying, or using this Software, please read this Agreement carefully. By downloading, copying, or using this Software in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please immediately delete and cease using this Software.
1. This Software is a Single-Player Game Trainer, designed solely for modifying memory data and runtime behavior of local single-player games to enhance personal gaming experience.
2. This Software is strictly for single-player games only. It must NOT be used with any multiplayer online games, competitive games, or games equipped with anti-cheat systems. Using this Software in multiplayer/online environments may result in account bans, for which you bear full responsibility.
3. This Software is not intended to bypass Digital Rights Management (DRM), crack game encryption, or facilitate piracy. This Software requires you to legitimately own a legal copy of the game.
1. BuffGod grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run and use this Software on your personal device.
2. You shall NOT:
(a) Use this Software for any commercial purpose (including but not limited to selling, renting, or bundling for distribution);
(b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this Software (except as expressly permitted by law);
(c) Modify, remove, or conceal copyright notices, trademarks, or other identifiers in this Software.
3. Distribution License: This Software is freeware. BuffGod encourages and permits you to freely redistribute this Software without contacting the developer for separate authorization, provided that ALL of the following conditions are met:
(a) The distribution is non-commercial (no selling, no bundled fees, no paywall to access the download);
(b) The Software is distributed intact and unmodified (including but not limited to executables, scripts, legal documents, and copyright notices), without injecting malicious code or repackaging;
(c) This EULA and the Privacy Policy must be retained in their original form so that recipients are aware of the terms.
1. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of this Software belong to BuffGod.
2. Third-party open-source libraries used by this Software (such as Tauri, Lua, cryptography, etc.) are governed by their respective original licenses. This Software respects and complies with these licenses.
3. The game trainer data files (.dat payloads) distributed with this Software are encrypted and protected core data. You shall not attempt to decrypt, extract, or analyze signatures, pointers, or offset information contained therein.

2. In summary, this Software does not collect your personally identifiable information, does not collect your game data, and does not upload your device information. This Software only fetches cloud-based game index and encrypted payload files when online, and does not send any user data to servers.
3. Advertisements displayed by this Software are provided by third-party ad SDKs. Data collection by ad providers is their responsibility; see the Privacy Policy for details.
1. This Software is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties. You bear all risks arising from the use of this Software.
2. BuffGod shall not be liable for:
(a) Game save corruption, game crashes, or system instability caused by using this Software;
(b) Account bans or other penalties resulting from violations of game terms of service;
(c) Deletion or quarantine of this Software by antivirus false positives;
(d) Service interruptions due to force majeure.
3. It is strongly recommended to back up your game saves before using the trainer, and to close the trainer before exiting the game to prevent save corruption.
1. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting this Software.
2. BuffGod reserves the right to terminate your license at any time if you violate this Agreement.
3. Upon termination, you shall cease using and delete all copies of this Software.
1. The core functionality of this Software (injecting into game processes, reading/writing game memory) may be identified by certain antivirus or security software as "Hacktool" or "Potentially Unwanted Application" (PUA).
2. This is a common phenomenon in the game trainer industry and does NOT indicate that this Software contains malicious code. This Software does NOT contain viruses, trojans, backdoors, spyware, or any malicious functionality.
3. If this Software is blocked by your security software, you may:
(a) Add this Software to your security software's trust zone/exclusion list;
(b) Submit a false positive report to the security software vendor, explaining that this Software is a single-player game trainer;
(c) Contact the developer for assistance.
BuffGod reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be published within this Software or on the official website, and takes effect from the date of publication. Continued use of this Software constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
